As you may have heard, on January 1st, we kicked off the new year with a great new contest for all SFI affiliates.

The Winter 2014 Leadership Challenge is an exciting new contest that will run from January 1st to March 31st for all SFI affiliates interested in developing a strong, active group of personally sponsored affiliates. It's for affiliates who understand the power of duplication and want to take their team to new heights in 2014.

And because we love rewarding those who make it happen, the Leadership Challenge contest offers great prizes including a cool new SFI badge, exclusive new SFI gear, and over $1,000 in bonus drawing prizes!

TIP: In SFI, always remember that “D is the key.” That is, DUPLICATION is the best way to expand your business and grow your commission check each month. The Leadership Challenge provides you with a terrific new vehicle for firing up duplication in your group. How? For starters, be sure to challenge every member of your group to participate in the contest (and keep promoting it weekly--especially for your new sign-ups). Just by doing this, you can add dozens of new, income-boosting EA2s and Team Leaders to your group! Additionally, you can “sweeten the pot.” That is, consider offering extra awards and prizes to your group members for achieving the various levels of the contest. For example, you could offer a spot in your co-op or, say, 5 reassigned PSAs, for achieving level 2 in the contest and/or even larger prizes for reaching level 3-5. Be creative!

And, yes, we’re planning more leadership contests throughout the new yearâ€"with increasingly bigger and better prizes. Indeed, we hope to eventually offer trips, cruises, and other major prizes. It’s going to be fun, folks, so set your Leadership Challenge goal and get started today!
